Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Perfect location! Walking distance to Taksim, metro stations, easy access to anywhere you want in Istanbul. Very friendly employees, calm and relaxing ambience, very quiet and no background noises (big plus for those who are sensitive to noise)!!! Amazing Bosphorous view. The rooms are very comfortable as well. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in Istanbul.

I don’t recommend this hotel. First there prices not same what u see online. They charge us more then double the price. Second they have very bad service and have no respect for their customers. Third they will charge you for ur dirty bed sheets😅 plus what ever u see on there restaurant menu it’s not true. They only care about dollars. BE CAREFUL…

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. It was my first time in Istanbul and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very cozy and well-maintained, and the service also was very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Istanbul as its location also is perfect and is very close to the main attractions like Istiklal Street and Taksim Square.

I am a regular guest of the hotel and for 3 years in a row I have celebrated my birthday in the panoramic bar of the hotel, which coincides with the national holiday of Turkey/29.10/ and the atmosphere in the bar in the evening combined with the view of the Bosphorus is magical. The hotel has a great location, very clean and well maintained. We were guests of the hotel on 29; 30.09.2023, I had brought my parents to see Istanbul. On 30.09 - between 9:00-17:00 we went for a walk in the city and then returning to the hotel an unpleasant surprise awaited me. I had left a certain amount of money in my passport, of which I was already missing 150€, we immediately contacted the manager of the hotel and informed him about the incident. They said that they would start an internal investigation and check the cameras. It is partly my fault that I had left them not in the room safe, but I never thought until now that something like this would happen in a hotel of this rank. After a week, they contacted me and informed me that there was no problem with them and most likely I have lost them😀.
